Jordan Brand and Orlando-based retailer Trophy Room collaborated once again to deliver one of the most eagerly awaited releases of 2021: the Jordan 1 High Trophy Room. This design pays homage to Michael Jordan’s inaugural All-Star appearance at the 1985 NBA All-Star Game in Indianapolis, coinciding with the introduction of the Air Jordan 1.
Taking cues from the original Chicago colorway, the Jordan 1 High Trophy Room reimagines the iconic scheme. The upper showcases white leather, red leather overlays with a glittery finish, and black accents on the Swoosh and ankle. Embroidered on the interior side of the ankle is the phrase "Rumor has it…," referencing speculations of other NBA stars plotting to minimize Jordan's involvement in the All-Star game. Additional details include Michael Jordan’s signature print on the heel and a distinctive Jordan patch on the insole. The design is rounded off with a white midsole and a translucent outsole adorned with red and blue stars beneath the arch.
The Jordan 1 High Trophy Room was released in February 2021.
